If you or your organization is interested in planning a special event or private party at the Encounter, we will assist you with all the details that will make your event exciting and memorable.

The Encounter is large enough to accommodate 165 dining guests and an additional 55 persons in the bar area (an all "stand-up" event may accomodate more). Fully-staffed private events including music and dancing are regularly held at the Encounter.
